We are seeking a talented and motivated product manager to join the Morgan Stanley Digital Client Experience & Platforms team, with a focus on our E TRADE self-directed client platforms. You will be a vital part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the brand evolution in the digital customer experience, drive end-to-end experience across products, platforms & touchpoints, optimize critical customer journeys, and lead cross-platform experiences through findability, information architecture, and self-service tools. You will also look to support the customer path to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management by implementing best practices to help drive customers into a broader relationship (i.e. Brokerage to Advice, and Brokerage to Bank & Lending).
Responsibilities:
o Product owner within a team responsible for definition and delivery of digital design experiences for client facing web applications to meet target audience needs consistent with product strategy and vision o Facilitate product development lifecycle from defining product vision/scope to launching MVP to ongoing management of product to meet KPIs o Drive definition and prioritization of product roadmap, release planning, and development and communication of business requirements o Collaborate with key stakeholders from business, technology, risk, banking, cyber & fraud, communications, legal & compliance to elicit requirements and UX that influence the definition of product feature requirements o Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the product vision/goals and address critical user and control needs o Build and maintain prioritized product backlog - identify, groom, and validate epics and user stories for agile sprints o Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning ceremonies to communicate requirements and drive consensus with squad and program stakeholders o Gather, organize, and assimilate internal and external feedback to identify and prioritize product gaps, enhancements, and new features o Collaborate with UI/UX team to develop information/interaction architecture, user flows, wireframes, and visual design comps o Team up with program management to effectively organize and plan product releases o Work closely with the technology team to assure effective communication of requirements and rapid delivery of key product releases o Drive development of adequate program support across non-technology teams, including Field Engagement and Adoption, Client Service, Legal, Compliance, and Risk o Define and track KPIs and product/program adoption and usage metrics - evangelize for adoption
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree required o 3
years of experience as software product manager, business analyst or equivalent with experience working within an agile/scrum development process o Track record of delivering fintech, digital products, solutions, or applications within an ongoing software product life cycle o Knowledge or exposure to online financial services, preferably wealth management, brokerage/securities trading, and or banking. o Prior experience managing development of web based, consumer facing applications o Proficient at defining, analyzing, documenting, and communicating product and software requirements in an agile software development setting o Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers to deliver client-friendly products and user experiences o Strong understanding and knowledge of web and mobile technologies o Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to identify and solve critical problems and achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment o Polished written and verbal communication skills able to effectively interact and influence a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders o Detail oriented with strong organizational skills o Experienced at documenting controls and engaging in risk & control assessment exercises o Adaptive, and enjoys new situations, nurturing relationships and building consensus o Efficient at managing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently under deadline constraints o Thought-leader - strong familiarity with industry trends and best practices, and a perspective on how to advance the current state-of-play o Naturally curious and a very logical mind - a willingness to dig into the details to understand details o Analytical and data-driven - demonstrated track record of utilizing data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and make successful decisions o Keen intellect - ability to gather, analyze and synthesize a significant amount of information, and turn it into clear and actionable product requirements
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
