Performs additional tasks as requested by Medical Director or designee.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday.
Must be available to respond off hours for emergency cases.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science or similar degree.
Must meet current NJ Sanitary Code Chapter 44, Chapter IV, 8:
44-2.
4 General Laboratory Supervisor qualifications.
5 years progressive work experience in General Laboratory Services (Generalist).
Effective written and oral communication skills, computer skills and organizational skills required Master's Degree preferred.
Experience managing a clinical laboratory team in a large hospital organization or trauma center.
American Society for Clinical Pathology Certification (ASCP) or equivalent certification.
Current experience as a laboratory supervisor/manager.
