BS or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics 5
years of Analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivery of sophisticated technology projects.
Good interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence Ability to write complex system/technical diagrams Experience in complex distributed systems Ability to read/analyze code and logs for defect/incident triage and root cause analysis Experience with writing SQL queries, KDB/Q code is a plus Experience with financial systems is a plus Ability to quickly learn, adapt and strive to meet the needs of a fast paced, changing environment Ability to multi-task effectively Expert knowledge and experience of taking complex features and breaking them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria.
Experience with minimum viable product definition and product backlog management.
Ability to comprehend and articulate end-to-end system workflows.
Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate impediments appropriately.
Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business partners and technology.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
