Job Description Fixed Income Sales and Trade Support Business Overview:
The role Fixed Income Sales and Trade Support team takes on the client service and administration support functions, which include management reporting, trade processing, resolution of customers discrepancies, and ad hoc inquiries and investigations supporting the Front Office.
Responsibilities:
Support front office trading and sales desk for Corporate, Syndicate, Emerging markets and Non USD bonds Confirm all trades with brokers/counterparties via various means i.

Phone, E:
Mail, Bloomberg, Domestic Oasys and CTM Perform allocations in front office system for cash and repo trades Initiate the creation of new non-legal entity accounts Communicate with counterparties/brokers and the front office to resolve settlement issues and fails Monitor the various error monitors and task stations to ensure all trades feed properly through the systems Perform front office to back office systems reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies Interaction with other Middle Offices and Back Office settlements for problem resolution Assure proper controls within the Group are maintained and completed accurately Other duties as assigned by management to meet the needs of the current business environment Recommended Skills Administration Customer Service Emerging Markets Front Office Portfolio Management Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
