Salary:
$93,000- $98,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Care for all open wounds - including changing, cleaning, and dressing.
Complete all required admission paperwork and document all residents' care.
Provide support and advice to both residents and their families.
Monitor resident's wounds and administer medication or treatment as needed.
Adhere to all infection-control policies to promote the safety of both residents and employees.
Ensure quality care by adhering to the facility's outlined standards and protocols of care.
Adhering to all HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
Requirements:
Valid RN license in the State of New Jersey Wound and ostomy certified
