Summary:
This is a full-service position, managing day-to-day HR functions not limited to employee relations, leaves of absence, unemployment claims, recruitment and hiring, onboarding, retention, terminations, workplace verifications, and benefits enrollment in alegal setting.
Office Location:
West Orange, NJ.
Must be able to travel to client located in the Financial District two days per week Duties &
Responsibilities:
Proactive in identifying issues that need analysis and/or resolution Handles all employee relations issues with tact, delicacy, professionalism and in accordance with applicable HR labor laws Develops, maintains, and improves current HR-related processes Create simple and dynamic process flows for everyday HR-related items Supports recruitment efforts to include identifying, supporting agencies and firms Familiar and comfortable with HR functions across various states and locales Ensures work product is accurate and to the highest standard Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws Develops, in partnership with HR Management firm, internal policies and procedures Performing other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:
Someone with strong people skills Knowledge of HR Best Practices Must be an active listener, detail-oriented, and highly organized Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong leadership qualities Future thinking & transparency Must be able to work as a part of a team and independently Ability to handle stressful situations and manage deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality Location:

$80,000 $115,000 Recommended Skills Active Listening Analytical Attention To Detail Claim Processing Communication Confidentiality Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
