Business Product Manager
This is a 12 month contract with johnson & johnson.
100% remote.

We are seeking a Senior Business Product Owner/Manager with a Pharma and/or Logistics background.
They must have experience managing digital products and working with cross-functional teams.
As the Pharm Track and Trace Business Product Manager (BPM) the candidate will oversee and prioritize the single program backlog.
The BPM will partner with the Technical Product Owners for the IoT Deliver Data Service, Advanced Analytics, Sensor as a Service vendors, Internal Customer Connect Portal, and the E2E Control Tower to translate business requirements into user stories.
In addition to managing the backlog, the BPM will utilize Design Thinking and Lean Startup best practices to discover new requirements while collaborating directly with Transportation, Distribution, and Quality Operations.
The candidate must understand the IoT and Pharma industry, including innovative IoT trends, and new Janssen business requirements.
They will regularly provide leadership teams with digital product updates, timelines, and risks.
The ideal candidate will coach and lead the team, always ensuring optimal product development flow and integration of digital capabilities into business process.
Lastly, the BPM must ensure the team has enough people and financial resources to meet the annual program goals and objectives Additional Details:
Does not need to have track & trace or IoT.
This top priority will be pharma, and if they have overall logistics experience, that is preferred.
This is to backfill the current manager, Bobby Criss, so he can focus on other things.
Bobby said there are a few sensor companies that we can target for candidates:
controlant, carrier/sensortech.
Overhaul, UPS Markem, or innovation roles at any of the carriers like DHL, FedEx, Tivee, Burlinger.
He does not want to see candidates from RoamBee.
Additional notes:
Pharma and digital knowledge might be more valuable.
Anyone with digital product experience with any product.
Within logistics, even better.
Logistics at the top, IoT at the bottom.
The overall requirement is someone who has managed digital products before.
Build backlog.
Work with development teams and business teams.
Partnership across all of the TPO's and business stakeholders to own the roadmap and backlog.
Does a scrum of scrum calls.
