As a Temporary Document Review Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Mail Operations team.
Your responsibilities will include opening and sorting mail, as well as scanning documents into our state-of-the-art customer imaging system.
You'll work closely with a talented group of professionals to ensure efficient document processing.
Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in imaging services or records management.
Experience with electronic documents in a financial environment is a plus.
Typing speed of a minimum of 45 wpm.
Knowledge of scanning equipment.
Proficiency in various computer software applications, including MSWord, Excel, and Ascent Capture.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines with precision and accuracy.
Additional Information:
This role will be on-site 5 days a week.
The interview process will include all video stages.
