To fuel our growth, we are looking out for dynamic Transition Manager / Project Manager based in US (New Jersey) Key Responsibilities Develop and articulate Transition solution to senior Client stakeholders.
Manage end to end execution of Transition projects in accordance with HCL Transition Methodology and Tollgates Define, Monitor and control Transition/ Project Plan activities across work streams and project phases - Planning, Due Diligence, Knowledge Transfer, IT and Facility Setup, Quality and Operations Performance Drive effective Risk Management across the transition/project lifecycle.
Lead Governance reviews with Client and internal stakeholders Regular communication across senior client and internal stakeholders on Project status and progress Collaborate across cross functional teams for problem solving and delivering under deadlines.
Establish effective Program change control.
Experience and Qualifications 10-15 years overall experience with relevant experience of independently managing transition projects for global clients.
Must have relevant project management experience in Business Process Operations/ Global Shared Service domain (not from IT Infra or IT Apps domain) Knowledge of project Management tools like Microsoft Project Professional/Smart sheet Experience of building transition solution for RFI/RFP response and Joint solution sessions with clients.
Excellent client Interfacing and relationship building skills.
Effective communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
Proficient user of MS Excel and Power Point.
Confidence and ability to work under pressure and time zones as required.
Strong result orientation and ownership for solving problems.
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
Project Management certification i.

PMP will be an advantage.
Manage process development process including process integration with other processes Create business process repositories for business process improvement and implementation initiatives Gather business process performance information Translating business requirements and process Investigate business process and systems requirements Manage business process analysis, design and improvement Automate business process utilizing application workflow technology Manage projects/programs to drive business process improvement Create and maintain business process documentation Developing detailed process specifications for a major business process and systems implementation project Ensure compliance with established business process Influence and adopt business process changes Ensure process outputs meet downstream process expectations Play an important business-facing role in leading business process improvements, process re-engineering and design Validate robotic process automation opportunities identified in business processes Ensure alignment with business process leaders Identify process for re-design Participate in the governance process execution to drive process implementation Determine alternative approaches to business process and select optimal solutions to the business process Understand and document current business process workflows Recommended Skills Automation Business Processes Business Requirements Certified Project Management Professional Communication Governance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
