Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Installation and maintenance of physical and virtual servers including the operating system.
Installation and maintenance of networking equipment; firewall, network switches.
Support LAN/WAN/Server/Storage Infrastructure for on-premise and cloud environments.
Be online and available for assigned deployments and maintenance windows.
Respond effectively and speedily to level-3 and sometimes level-2 problems.
Conduct root cause analyses on infrastructure malfunctions.
Technical Leadership and Engagement:
Design and develop technical solutions based on existing technologies.
Planning and scoping of upgrades and improvements to EverView's infrastructure.
Prepare and document testing requirements as well as test data.
Maintain relationships with EverView's vendors to source required equipment, plan and execute defined projects, and trouble-shoot and resolve issues and problems.
Document infrastructure malfunctions and corresponding actions.
Required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in a lead role and with 10 years'
engineering experience level or similar.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies - Routing, Switching, Firewall experience, Routing Protocols.
Extensive knowledge of Server/Storage/Virtualization technologies - Windows desktop/Server, VMware.
Strong background in AWS and/or other cloud-based technology platforms preferred.

Determine completion timelines and monitor progress to keep projects on track and on schedule.
Lead, support and drive continuous infrastructure and operational performance improvements.
Proficiency with infrastructure hardware and technologies.
IP Table Configuration Experience.
Firewall Experience.
VM-Ware Certified.
Shared storage technologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems.
Knowledge of IT-related Security & compliance Frameworks - NIST, CIS, HITRUST, PCI compliance, SOC, etc.
Technical Documentation - Formally document the network topology and infrastructure architectures.
Precise attention to detail.
Advanced organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Preferred
Qualifications:
VMware Certified Associate 6- Data Center Virtualization.
Knowledge of IT-related Security & compliance Frameworks - NIST, CIS, HITRUST, PCI, SOC, etc.
Customer service oriented, excellent written, verbal communication, time management skills and learns processes quickly Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to keep things moving and staying on track Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially word and excel in a project management environment Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Customer Service Data Centers Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
