In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance.

Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
Documentation:
Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Maintain detailed records to track trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Provide feedback to contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
Communication:
Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Convey information in a professional and friendly manner, adapting communication style to different customer needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Ability to work well under pressure.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving abilities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
