The on boarding process includes account set-up and system configuration, training and system roll-out.
Our clients will rely on you to coordinate and manage all aspects of launching our product at all of their locations.
Additionally, they will rely on your product knowledge and suggestions for best practices.
After launching new clients, you will monitor accounts to ensure consistent usage and identify possible barriers to continued use of our product.
Responsibilities Delight customers; apply good judgment on a case-by-case basis, expedite resolutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.
Answer client calls, identify their needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information working between the customer and the operating support systems; address billing and collection questions.
Acknowledge and address all customer inquiries on time.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Suggest information about products and services.
Achieve consistent customer satisfaction scores and respond appropriately to customer feedback on areas for improvement.
Suggest potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Add value to the business by providing fantastic customer service, engage customers, and build relationships with buyers by accounts.
Address any issues that may arise and escalate to management for their engagement and support.
Handle other duties as needed.
Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years experience in on boarding, account management or project management Experience with Google Drive required & advanced knowledge of Google sheets preferred Technical aptitude and willingness to continue to self-train and enhance knowledge of new technologies and service Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Desire to provide outstanding customer service Ability to manage tight deadlines Ability to understand critical drivers of the business; identify and report to management accordingly Willingness to accept constructive criticism and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations Adaptability and flexibility to handle considerable variety in the workplace

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
