As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general concerns.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution to their queries.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and assess customer needs to effectively solve problems and address issues.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further assistance, when necessary.
Communication:
Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all customer interactions.
Clearly communicate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Documentation:
Accurately record customer interactions and details of inquiries in the company database.
Keep detailed and comprehensive notes to assist in tracking and improving customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
