Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Service Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers.
Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation:
Record and maintain customer information and interactions in the company's database.
Generate reports and documentation as required to track customer trends and issues.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding products, services, and account information.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through various software applications.
