Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Prabhav Services Inc.
, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the Project Management team to manage assigned projects.
We are actively seeking individuals who are open to H1B sponsorship, and we expedite the process for the right candidate.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Management team in managing projects.
- Enhance and standardize project management and business analysis methodologies.
- Elicit requirements through various methods, such as interviews, document analysis, surveys, and business process descriptions.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Develop artifacts like Functional Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen design, and Interface design.
- Work closely with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
- Serve as a conduit between customer community and software development team for efficient requirement flow.
- Challenge business units on assumptions and ensure successful execution of plans.
- Perform activities in compliance with IT standards, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Maintain awareness of departmental budget goals.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Conduct business analysis tasks and maintain resource utilization statistics for projects.
- Develop consistent and prioritized lists for managing non-project work tasks.
Business Analysis Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio.
- Knowledgeable in MS Project, email/scheduling software, and Requirement Management Software.
- Strong Business Process Modeling skills.
- Understanding of product management concepts and enterprise software product development.
- Facilitation skills with the ability to lead requirements elicitation and moderate brainstorming sessions.
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
- Modeling skills to represent requirement information graphically (object models, conceptual data models, process models).
- Excellent listening skills to understand unspoken concerns.
- Leadership and strong project management skills in a matrix management environment.
