Job Description:
Most important:
Strong comm skills, and IAM and Sailpoint exp.
Initiate the implementation of business roles coming out of role mining workshops and see them through to completion.
Good attention to detail (dot I s/cross T s) to ensure that workshop role outputs have all the relevant info for submittal to implementation.
Good reconciliation skills (Business Roles on Paper vs Business Role Implemented).
Quickly able to assimilate with team (external consultants) running workshops.
IAM operations experience or can rapidly come up to speed on the fundamentals.
Good communication skills specifically explaining technical details of roles to a laymen non-IT audience.
Business analysts requires strong communication and documentation skill, Responsibilities including - Business role creation process make the role goes from On Paper to get created in SailPoint, followed by membership assigned to the role.
Build/improve the SoP when needed.
Run workshop need to run some analysis workshop sessions with application/role owner or other stakeholders etc.
