Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate demolition projects from start to finish - Plan and schedule demolition activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines - Oversee a team of demolition workers, providing guidance and direction - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols - Inspect construction sites to assess potential hazards and develop appropriate strategies for demolition - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Manage equipment and materials necessary for demolition projects - Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction and demolition techniques - Proficient in building, plumbing, concrete forming, tile laying, and carpentry - Familiarity with power tools and heavy equipment operation - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Note:
