SAP C4C Sales Cloud Functional Lead
Job Title - SAP C4C Sales Cloud Functional Lead Location:
Hybrid On-Site in Town, NJ - REMOTE with travel to client site every other week, or as needed throughout the project. T&E reimbursed. Duration 12 months Requirement:
Job Description/ Responsibilities- SAP Sales Cloud functional lead is expected to lead business process design of the Home Services division for a utility client; product offerings ranging from heating, cooling, and water heater installation and repair to smart home technology, indoor air quality products, generators and solar- Excellent communication and team management skills,- Expert in leading workshops, meetings, requirement sessions, and completing related design documentation- Expert in designing out of the box and custom solutions within the C4C sales could system- Experience with Order to Cash master and transactional data integration between S/4 HANA (SD) and SAP Sales Cloud- Experience with delivering in a hybrid project environment (On-site, remote and offshore resources)- Cross functional experience in SAP Marketing Cloud will be extremely beneficial- Design and implement solutions in the SAP Sales Cloud environment- Scoping and Fine Tuning- Create and conduct presentations/workshops/demos on system functionality to the client- Administration tasks (Workflows/ Approval Process/ Organization setup/ user management)- Integration tasks of the SAP Sales Cloud with other SAP (S/4HANA) and Non-SAP (Diaspark/Maximo) applications via CPI- Master layout/ Page layout- Authorization and access controls using Business Roles- Sales:
Accounts and Activity Management Visit Management, Lead, Opportunity, Sales Quote, Sales Order, Pricing- Integration to S/4HANA Sales & Distribution- Data Workbench Activities- Analytics:
