Lead Test Engineer Locations:
Jersey City, NJ, Boston, MA, McLean, VA, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, New Jersey, NJ (HYBRID ROLE) Duration:
DIRECT HIRE Client offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)MUST HAVE:
5-7 years of experience with automated unit and integration testing. Java Selenium Agile/Waterfall In-depth knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies. Test Engineering methodologies and Test Automation Frameworks. Testing modern scripting language-based components. Front-End and Back-End Testing. Writing sophisticated SQL queries. JIRA, Microfocus ALM, Bitbucket, Git, and Jenkins. Detailed understanding of smoke testing, black-box, and non-black-box testing, as well as regression testing. Expert and hands on automation at all software layers (e.g. UI, services, APIs, etc.) as well as CI/CD technologies (e.g. Cloudbees, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, Jira, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with automated unit and integration testing Experienced in Agile/Waterfall, onsite/offshore work model and coordination. In depth knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle (specifically the testing model, methodology, and processes), Experience with Test Engineering methodologies and Test Automation Frameworks Extensive experience with testing modern scripting language-based components. Experience with front-end & back-end testing. Experience in writing sophisticated SQL queries. Experience with JIRA, Microfocus ALM, Bitbucket, Git, and Jenkins Experience with test data management is a plus.
