Should have hands on experience in RMS ( Retail Merchandising System)2.
Should have done RMS implementation and should have support cum development experience3.
Experience in managing small and big dual-shore teams4.
Should have Good people connect5.
Should be good in coordination with client partners and third party vendors6.
Able to understand the business requirements and able to convert those into project plans7.
Good communication and presentation skills and coordinate with Onsite (US) and Offshore (India) teams.
