Support UAT processes often hands-onPartner with Accounting and Control and finance teams to build out a new, upgraded financial and regulatory control environmentSupport Operations team in moving forward with a future state reporting strategy and in ensuring necessary, complete reporting is available from Loan IQProactively manage changes that impact project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans when necessary.Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The Loan IQ Ops Readiness Trading will be responsible for understanding and supporting the transformation efforts across Loan Operations driven by the implementation of the a new commercial banking lending system - Loan IQ.This role will require thorough understanding of strategic direction of the lending business as the organization transitions from the historical Flexcube processing environment to the Loan IQ platform. Specifically, the position requires the ability to understand how that transition relates to the Operations team s ability to support business strategy and growth through a system transition, while supporting buildout of new operational, risk and control processes.
