We are a brand-new oral surgery practice in Jersey City, NJ (across from the Grove Street PATH Station), with a strong focus on exceeding our patients' expectations.
Founded on our strong core values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility, we are looking for a super-star Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! We are hiring immediately to prepare for an April 1 opening date.
Working hours for this full-time position are Monday - Friday from 9am -5pm.

Delivers outstanding customer service on the phone and in person.
Ensures everyone who engages with the practice feels welcome and is left with a great first impression of us as a team, and confident in choosing our practice for their oral surgery treatment.
Greets and registers patients within the practice management software.
Answers/routes incoming calls.
Schedules appointments.
Prepares and presents surgical financial agreements.

Qualifications Required Skills for this Role:

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.

years in dental or medical office, OR 2
years in customer service/hospitality position.
Experience in dentistry and oral surgery is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person! NOTE:
