to work for one of the Directors of Technology and with company stakeholders on technical projects, application development and software integration for our business verticals. We are looking for people who can blend exceptional technical knowledge and architecture skills with commanding project management skills and personnel management experience
Maintain, manage and take responsibility for the various platforms and applications
Manage technical projects for all a particular vertical, including those hosted by third-party vendors
Give status reports and update schedule of current projects
Coordinate work between internal developers, freelance developers and vendors
Be a technical point of contact for vendors
Work closely with the product group on development projects
Development skills and experience in web software development
Project management or rapid development management experience in web software development agile methodology
A blend of good technical knowledge skillset with critical thinking skills
Fast learners who will come up to speed quickly on internal and integrated technologies
Linux/UNIX and ability to work on the command line
JavaScript/Jquery
HTML 5
CVS/SVN or version control
Database familiarity
Experience with Apache log file analysis
Knowledge of cookies, including issues such as P3PEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
