Responsibilities :
Be aware of latest digital technologies and trends. Understand the implications and opportunities for our clients
Lead a team to conduct digital maturity assessments for clients and develop new business models that leverage digital technologies innovatively to provide accelerated revenue growth, cost efficiencies and sales effectiveness
Analyze structures, processes and systems and develop future-state designs, which integrate industry best practices and allow for future digital innovation
Design technology enabled solutions to meet clients brand objectives based on consumer insight and data Solutions will encompass across customer experience, web content management, user experience and digital analytics
Work with client brand and functional leaders, to ensure the right mix of skills and resources are present to execute the digital framework and to drive digital marketing leadership.
Develop methodologies, tools, thought-leadership, contribute to sales and inspire colleagues with great ideas to accelerate our growth
Skills :
Plan and execute long-term strategy around using digital channels to driving brand awareness and customer engagement
Experience in developing new channels and business models, as well as innovative products and
services
by leveraging digital.
Sound knowledge of online technologies mobile, web, social, email, gaming and traditional channels
Expertise in online and digital marketing
executive
level communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of facilitating executive meetings and advising business leaders.
Strong prioritization, project management and coordination skills
Organizational change management experience, either in turnaround or fast-growth situations
Good knowledge of consulting project methodologies and tools
Knowledge of Marketing and IT processes, structures and systems - preferred
Management of bids and sales documentation - preferred
Minimum Qualifications :
Overall 10+ years of consulting experience with
At least 5 years experience in implementing and managing delivery of large digital transformation programs for well known brands
At least 7-10 years experience in demonstrating strong strategy and transformation skills and competency
At least 5 years experience in multi-channel digital strategy experience with expertise across Mobile, Social, Web
5-7 years experience in worked for a top design agency or top tier management consulting organization

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
