Position
Summary:
As a Property Claims Vendor Operations AVP/Manager, you will be responsible for managing vendor performance.
Organizational Structure:
This position reports to the Global Head of Claims Vendor Operations.
Performance Objectives:
Manage vendor performance.
Review performance dashboards and scorecards with the property vendors.
Develop and execute savings initiatives - including in-sourcing, budget management, value-for-money driven assignment, sourcing, and desk adjusting. The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Familiarity with claims Adjusting processes.
Familiarity with one or more of the following external vendors market and processes: loss adjusting, forensic accounting, engineering, construction management, auto body shops.
Experience with implementing performance metrics techniques.
Strong understanding of the Commercial Property insurance market.
Strong influencing and communications skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage change.
