o Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Data Acquisition team to provide business domain insights and perspective for the Retail products in scope - Credit Cards, Mortgages, and other loans. o This individual will work with Regional Risk teams to capture data to support CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) reporting, Basel analytics, Loss Mitigation, Collections, consumer modeling etc o The candidate will manage Data Acquisition and analysis related projects for data mapping, analysis, and communication and actively support implementation and post-implementation maintenance. o This person as a part of Data Acquisition team, will act as a Liaison between the various Business and Technology teams o The individual will be the Single-point of Contact for external and internal communications on the project. o This individual will coordinate data reconciliation issue prioritization and resolution with Regional Risk teams and Risk Architecture. o The candidate will oversee individual workload and work of RRTS Retail data acquisition Data Analysts team to deliver agreed upon project milestones; identify/mitigate risks to delivering solution on time. o He/she will work with the Program Manager, Resource Manager and HR Team to select core team, communicate approach; present plans and gain sign-off from IT leadership. Qualifications
Preferred Experience o 10
years of Industry experience - in functional and/or technical roles o Strong functional experience in the Financial services industry o Has worked with Business and Technology stakeholders at various levels o Managed Business/Data analysis on end-to-end project implementations o Strong experience in requirements documentation, data analysis, stakeholder management, issue resolution and Change control o Experience leading/ managing Global delivery teams efficiently o Ability to run meetings with senior management effectively o Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment o MBA or equivalent degree in Finance or Technology o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Proficient in MS Office products and SQL o Prior working experience with Citibank or Retail banking is a big plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
