DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Minimize and eliminate assumptions by the development and QA team members through explicit and detailed system requirements analysis and definition. Work with stakeholders to develop and define technology project scopes, requirements, and operational impacts. Work with stakeholders and project team to define, refine, and document detailed system requirements from business requirements and as-is system behavior, then ensure these requirements are properly implemented and enforced. Document data flows and exchange between systems. Define project requirements and review designs and test plans/results to confirm that line of business goals are met. Manage changes to requirements and ensure that the impact of a change is well understood and accounted for. Work with stakeholders to develop and define strategic goals, roadmaps to achieve those goals, and success criteria to confirm goals have been met.

Qualifications:_
Minimum education required: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Systems Software, Engineering (any), or a related field.
Minimum experience required: 5 years of business analysis experience, or related experience.
Skills required: Must have technical delivery experience (Architecture, Application Development, Usability Design, Project Management, or Quality Assurance). Must have experience in business process reengineering, business modeling concepts, and business systems development and analysis. Must have hands on data analysis skills including ability to query existing data stores and use analytical tools to support requirements, decisions, and recommendations. Must have experience with requirements elicitation and management processes. Must have knowledge of Java design principles and frameworks, Databases and web services.
