HVAC Service Manager (Jersey City, NJ)

Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Jersey City, New Jersey office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 7 years experience in HVAC Service Management role
Must have experience with maintenance contracts
Must have customer base and sales knowledge of the area for business development
Must be able to read blueprints
Must have a valid NJ drivers license
Must be proficient on MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Lotus experience a plus
Have ability and experience in scheduling service calls
Ability to attend meetings as required
Manage and oversee warehouse inventory
Manage multiple accounts daily
Manage all service technicians (10-15)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience supervising multiple projects simultaneously
Stable work history a must
EDUCATION:
Degree is preferred, but not mandatory
COMPENSATION:
A strong total compensation package will be offered; however, details will only be disclosed during the interview process.
