In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned businesses
Serve at the point person in executing marketing programs, campaigns and projects which may include: e-blasts, digital advertising, thought leadership content/commercial insights (whitepapers, infographics, trends analysis, reports), collateral, events, webinars and presentations and/or ABM support
Develop understanding of the client's business
Day-to-day relationship and process management and oversight of assigned marketing projects, including status report generation, weekly meetings/calls, monthly meetings, and communications with stakeholders,
Effectively work with multiple departments throughout project development and implementation.
Set project timelines for individual projects
Project manage all programs for on-time, on-budget and high quality deliverables;
Communicate client requirements to strategists, copywriters, designers; and production associates; Assist with data mining/information gathering of customers/prospects with assigned verticals to support marketing campaigns. Coordinate and negotiate ad buys, list purchases. Support sales team with territory campaigns and other lead generation activities. Manage inventory of marketing supplies and re-orders including collateral, coordinate with event planning staff regarding tradeshow supplies, conference contracts giveaways, booth equipment and more.
Take ownership of managing marketing programs and projects for specific lines of business to ensure on-time and quality completion, including: setting stakeholder expectations; clarifying assignments; ensuring content; providing direction to creative and production teams in the development of marketing communications materials; and overall relationship management with product, sales and marketing team members Develop ideas and assist in planning for assigned lines of business
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
MBA Preferred (degree in Marketing helpful)
At least 8 years marketing experience, with at least 4 years of marketing project management.
Knowledge of Telematics and IoT preferred
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable leading meetings and giving presentations.
Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
Creative thinker, extremely resourceful in finding solutions when information or data is not readily available.
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership qualities in challenging situations.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be responsible and committed to delivering the highest quality work on time and within budget.
Proven ability to establish/maintain positive relationships within and outside the team (highly collaborative)
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new systems and business applications.
