Entry level candidates needed for a part time position (20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm in our Jersey City worldwide headquarters.
This position will have a specific focus on assisting the Digital Marketing Strategist to plan campaigns tied to business objectives by researching internal and third party content (i.e. reports, white papers, articles, blogs, infographics, etc.) posting on social networks, and assisting with department marketing and design activities. Talented individual will assist on marketing campaigns tied to multiple business units. Other tasks include collaborating and assisting other team members on other special projects as assigned including product launches, resource and process development, and more.
Successful applicants will have basic knowledge and experience of all social media networks as well as basic design skills. Applicants must demonstrate excellent grammar and proofreading skills, flexibility, curiosity, and enthusiasm about projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and Adobe Photoshop is a big plus.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited college or university completed in Marketing or related field is a must, as well as an interest in digital marketing, design and Social Media.
