This position provides support and serves as a critical element of the Anti-Money Laundering New Product Approval (AML NPA) process, which administers the AML risk assessment process for all new / modified products and product expansions. This process is key component of Citi's AML Compliance Program, and is governed by Citi global policy (the AML NPA Standard). The process has recently received an uplift that resulted in the addition of a number of work-streams and responsibilities, and is currently undergoing a significant system enhancement and other projects.
Key responsibilities are focused on supporting the team's governance and system infrastructure needs, including:
data and analytical support, governance of team documentation infrastructure, follow through on AML NPA assessment update and maintenance requests, and system entitlement management.
The position involves working on a small and agile global team. This role also provides high visibility and many opportunities to further develop relevant knowledge (including Citi's global business processes and control environment) and strengthen and display skill sets required to excel and advance across Citi.
Four Year College Degree or equivalent experience required.
1-3 years experience in a related field
Managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Detail oriented with a proven success record for analytical assignments
Aptitude for relationship building
Strong sense of accountability and ownership of assignments
Excellent organizational skills, project management experience a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
