Sr. Director, Financial Product Strategy & Analytics

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Senior Director to lead our Financial Product Strategy & Analytics group to help us evolve/grow our suite of financial products. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the SVP of Financial Products with frequent exposure to the CEO and CFO.
The Senior Director of Financial Product Strategy & Analytics will drive decision-making on critical strategic issues. RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise the Head of Financial Products and CEO on key decisions
Lead the analytic thinking behind the financial product business
Develop, design, and execute analysis to support critical business decisions
Help develop and enhance our suite of financial products based on insights derived from customer and market data
Monitoring product performance and regularly reporting out to the executive committee
REQUIREMENTS
7
years of relevant experience; experience with consumer financial services a plus
Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
Superior critical thinking skills, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities are required
Enthusiastic about operating in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and being self-directed Strong communication skills, particularly in translating complex issues into actionable items Deep intellectual curiosity and strong drive to challenge the status quo
